Choosing to begin therapy is a meaningful investment in your well-being, and I understand that affordability and clarity are important, so I’ve outlined my fees below. You’ll find information about my fees for individual therapy, psychosexual therapy, EMDR, and supervision.
If you have any questions, or if cost is a barrier, please feel free to get in touch - I’m happy to talk through options.
I offer a free 20-minute phone or video call to help you get a sense of how I work and whether it feels like a good fit for you. There’s no pressure or obligation to continue after the call.
Individual Therapy:
£90 (50 minutes)
Therapy with Partners:
£140 (60 minutes)
I believe therapy should be as accessible as possible, and I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for those who may not be able to afford the full rate - including trainees, low-income clients, and those from marginalised communities.
If cost is a barrier, please feel free to reach out. We can discuss what’s possible together, with no obligation or pressure.
Qualified practitioners:
£75 (60 minutes) / £110 (90 minutes)
Trainees and students:
£65 (60 minutes) / £95 (90 minutes)

Get in touch
Send an email with your enquiry or to book a free 20-minute initial call. This gives us a chance to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit.
Booking your first session
If you decide to go ahead, we’ll find a time that works and book our first session together.
Welcome email
You’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to know - including how sessions work, payment details, and how to prepare.
Payment
Sessions are paid 24 hours in advance. You’re also welcome to pay monthly in advance if that suits you better.
Session format & frequency
Sessions are usually weekly and take place via video, though telephone sessions are also available if preferred. Some people choose fortnightly sessions - we can discuss what works best for you.
Short or longer-term therapy
We might work together for a short time to focus on something specific, or we may meet over a longer period - it all depends on your needs.
Ending therapy
When the time comes to end therapy, we’ll decide that together. There’s no fixed timeline - the process is guided by you.
Returning to therapy
You’re always welcome to return to therapy in the future if something new arises or you'd like further support.
This is not a crisis service - messages and emails are not monitored regularly so it is not suitable for urgent or crisis communication.
If you are feeling unsafe or in need of immediate support for your mental health please call 999 or attend A&E.
