Psychosexual therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore difficulties related to sex, intimacy, or relationships. These issues can feel isolating or hard to talk about, but you're not alone and it's okay to bring whatever you're experiencing into the therapy room.
I work with a wide range of sexual concerns, including (but not limited to): difficulties with desire, arousal, orgasm, pain during sex, or issues around intimacy and connection. Therapy can also be helpful when sexual difficulties are linked to past experiences, identity, or relational dynamics.
My practice is inclusive and affirming of Gender, Sex and Relationship Diversity (GSRD) and welcoming of neurodivergent clients. That means there's no assumption of a “normal” way to be or to experience sex and relationships - we work from where you are, not from a one-size-fits-all model.
I take a psychodynamic approach, which means we may explore how past experiences, relationships, or unconscious beliefs are shaping your current difficulties. Alongside this, I incorporate behavioural exercises and practical strategies to support change and build confidence at your own pace.
There’s no pressure, no judgement, just a space to begin understanding yourself and your needs more fully.
